Alice Breeden is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and is a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice.
With over twenty years of experience, Alice focuses on accelerating clients’ performance by driving organization, team and leadership effectiveness. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alice was director of people operations for Google EMEA and led much of Google’s talent management centre of excellence worldwide.
Prior to that, she worked for twelve years in McKinsey’s London office, where as a junior partner, she was one of the leaders of the Organisation Practice worldwide. Her experience there included leading multiple change programmes for clients including working with top teams, and developing change leadership capabilities of HR and senior managers in an airline, travel and logistics, banking and technology. She also led the development of much of the thinking around the transformational change service line, including developing the Change Leaders’ Forum, and much of the knowledge and thinking that underpinned the approach to change management.
Alice began her early career in marketing and communications, working for a number of organizations including American Express.
Alice received an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in English language & literature from the University of Durham.
